摘要：輸油泵是油庫(kù)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中主要能耗設(shè)備，原來(lái)一般通過(guò)控制輸油泵出口閥門的開度來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)流量，大量的能源消耗在泵出口閥前后。我們?cè)谀弦挥蛶?kù)6kv 630kw輸油泵機(jī)組上應(yīng)用了一套北京利德華福公司生產(chǎn)的高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，通過(guò)改變輸油泵的轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行流量調(diào)節(jié)，降低了輸油能耗，節(jié)約電能，改善了工藝。
