　　受新冠肺炎疫情的影響，“第七屆臺達杯國際高校綠色智造大賽”主辦單位中國自動化學會、工業(yè)與信息化職業(yè)教育教學指導委員會自動化專業(yè)指導委員會與承辦單位臺達集團決定，賽事將順延至下一個年度舉辦。
綜合疫情的發(fā)展及短時間內(nèi)高校難以進行實踐教學的影響，主辦方與各有關(guān)單位進行了深入探討，慎重做出了本屆賽事推遲的決定。

　　本著“停課不停學”的原則，主辦單位中國自動化學會、工業(yè)與信息化職業(yè)教育教學指導委員會自動化專業(yè)指導委員會將與承辦單位臺達集團一起，強化與各高校教師團隊的交流，重點深化在線合作教學、遠程技術(shù)培訓等線上教育活動的進展，積極幫助海內(nèi)外高校學子提升理論與實操結(jié)合的技能，為下一屆大賽蓄能。

　　　　　　The 7th Delta International Smart & Green Manufacturing Contest Postponed 
　　　　　　　　　　　　Due to Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Outbreak

Dear participants and partners:

　　Due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak worldwide, the 7th Delta International Smart & Green Manufacturing Contest (the “Contest”) will be postponed to next year. 

　　In consideration of the health and safety of all participants, the organizers, which include the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), Vocational Educational Steering Committee of Industry and Information Technology (VESC IIT) & Teaching Steering Committee for Automation Programs, and the co-organizer Delta Group, have made the difficult decision to postpone the Contest. 

　　The organizers and Delta Group encourage all participants to continue their focus on learning during this period of school suspension. We plan to organize online courses, technical training and other sessions to facilitate active interaction among university/college teachers and students, and foster students’ capabilities and passion for next year’s Contest.
