近日,據(jù)外媒報(bào)道,知名半導(dǎo)體廠商ST意法半導(dǎo)體在法國(guó)的三個(gè)主要工會(huì)CAD、CFDT和CGT分別在各自所在的工廠發(fā)起罷工活動(dòng)。
據(jù)悉,罷工原因很簡(jiǎn)單,就是因?yàn)闆]漲工資,所以工會(huì)帶頭鬧情緒。工會(huì)表示:“在2020年10月28日,意法半導(dǎo)體管理層對(duì)員工及其工作表現(xiàn)出了令人難以置信的蔑視,因?yàn)樗麄儾怀姓J(rèn)員工的努力,因此決定今年不增加員工的工資”。工會(huì)還表示,盡管公司在2020年取得了出色的業(yè)績(jī)并保持對(duì)下一季度的積極預(yù)測(cè),仍然決定不加薪。
不加薪的原因與新冠肺炎病毒有關(guān),今年3月,歐洲疫情嚴(yán)重,為應(yīng)對(duì)工人對(duì)感染新冠病毒的擔(dān)憂,ST曾與法國(guó)晶圓廠達(dá)成了協(xié)議,同意工廠減產(chǎn)50%。與此同時(shí)也造成了更高的疫情防控成本以。
CAD認(rèn)為,“ST管理層以在防疫方面增加了1690萬歐元的成本(其中包括640萬歐元的保費(fèi)和工廠補(bǔ)償費(fèi))為由,拒絕給員工加薪,同時(shí)還收回了員工產(chǎn)假期發(fā)放的獎(jiǎng)金,以及疫情期間不在工廠工作或無法在工廠工作的其他員工的工資也被收回。”
CGT則指出,法國(guó)ST的100位高級(jí)管理人員平均每年可獲得約20萬歐元獎(jiǎng)金,其中包含價(jià)值50000歐元的股票。
9月以來,市場(chǎng)頻頻傳出缺貨消息,從海思芯片到電容電感器件,多家半導(dǎo)體廠商接連放出漲價(jià)通知。如今,ST工廠罷工停產(chǎn)缺貨,或引起新一輪的漲價(jià)風(fēng)波。

“OnWednesdayOctober28,2020,STmanagementshowedincrediblecontemptforSTemployeesandtheirworkbynotrecognisingtheeffortsmadebyemployeesbydecidingnottoincreasethemthisyear,withsomeexceptions,”saysCAD,‘managementdoesnotrecogniseatalltheeffortsrequestedandmadebyitsemployeesduringconfinement.”
CADgoesontosaythatSTmanagementtreatsitsworkersasmougeons(ahybridofsheepandpigeons)bygettingthemtopayforthecostsofCOVID.
“Managementjustifiesthisnon-increase,amongotherthings,bythe16.9millionadditionalcostsduetoanti-COVIDmeasures,including$6.4millioneurosforCOVIDpremiumsandcompensationinthefactory,”saysCAD,“itthusconfirmsthefearsoftheCADtoknowthatthesebonusesdistributedduringconfinementwouldberecoveredfromthewagesofallemployees,andinparticularfromthewagesofotheremployeeswhodonotworkinthefactoryorwhocouldnolongerworkthere.”
“ItisabsolutelyindecentthatthemanagementofSTalsodirectlyandopenlyfundsthemeasuresagainstCOVIDbytheemployeesthemselves,”concludesCAD.
MeanwhiletheCGTunionpointsoutthatthe100seniorexecutivesofSTinFrancereceiveonaverage200,000peryearwith50,000freeshares.
